The location was quite good. It was near cuba street.
The room lacked air conditioning. A fan was provided, but it may not suffice during the summer. the decor in the corridors seemed a bit worn. the parking was very limited

The parking situation was inadequate, it was small and often full. This meant I had to park quite far away. The lack of available parking caused considerable inconvenience.
